Details:
HIHT University invites application from eligible candidates for admission into Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) Course offered by its Medical College (Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences) for 100 seats for the Academic Year -2009 - 2010.
Eligibility Details:
The candidates must have passed 10+2, i.e. I.S.C/Intermediate Examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/ University. The Candidates must have passed in the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum 50% mark taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the qualifying examination. In respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBCs the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in the qualifying examination be 40% in lieu of 50% as for general candidates.
Age: Not less than 17 years as on 31st December 2009. (Candidates born after 31st December 1992) need not apply.
Note:
Candidates belonging to any state in India are eligible to apply.
Candidates appearing for I.S.C/Intermediate Examination in March/April 2009 can appear for the entrance examination.
The University shall not be responsible for any postal delays or loss in transit.
